Our nurses work closely with participants and their families to develop a care plan that is tailored to them, including medication management, wound care, pain management, and other healthcare services. This service is provided by our highly trained and experienced team who are committed to providing compassionate, participant-centred care.
Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) service is aimed at assisting individuals with a disability to live as independently as possible in their own homes or in shared accommodation. SIL provides support in areas such as personal care, household tasks, cooking, shopping, and transport. The level of support provided is based on the individual’s needs, goals, and preferences, and is designed to help them achieve greater independence and participation in their community. This service is delivered by our team of support workers who work closely with the individual and their family to develop a personalised care plan.
